Important Information to Consider Before Confirming Your Booking

✅ Booking Confirmation
To reserve a spot on an "open" date, a deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required. By making the reservation, the terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and risks associated with this type of activity are considered accepted, and must be confirmed by signing the form that will be sent as an attachment.

📌 Minimum Number of Participants Required
For operational reasons, all our scheduled tours on open dates require a minimum number of participants to guarantee departure.
The price published for each tour is calculated based on this minimum requirement. If the minimum number is not reached, the tour price will be adjusted according to the number of confirmed participants.
Once the minimum number is reached, the departure is guaranteed at the originally established price.
If 30 days before the trip's start the minimum number of participants has not been reached, Andestrack Patagonia will notify those who have booked their spot, informing them of the new trip price calculated based on the confirmed number of passengers.
If the group is completed after this point, the price will be readjusted back to the original amount, and any applicable refund will be made.

🕒 Payment of Remaining Balance & “Last Minute” Bookings The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the trip starts. If the booking is made within 30 days prior to the trip, full payment will be required at the time of service confirmation (guides, hotels, transfers, etc.).  

Cancellation Policies

📅 In case of cancellation by the guest, the following retention policies will apply:
-Cancellations made from the deposit payment up to 31 days before the trip start: 30% corresponding to the deposit will be retained.

-Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the trip start: 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.

-Cancellations within 15 days prior to the trip start: No refund will be given. In the event of cancellation by the client, Andestrack Patagonia will evaluate the situation and, if appropriate, may issue a voucher for the full amount paid, so the guest can reschedule the trip within the next 6 months.
A fixed administrative fee of USD 20 will apply as a penalty.

The guest will assume any price difference that arises when confirming the new date. It is important to note that cancellation or withdrawal once the program has started, due to non-optimal physical conditions, will not give rise to any refund.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully read and complete the personal information form as well as all the information related to the chosen program.

NOTE: If the group is on-site and weather or any other external factor prevents the trip, Bike Tours Argentina will offer alternative programs for the duration and amounts already paid.

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total program cost is required. Available payment methods: Bank transfer, Debit and credit cards, Cash.
